We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities or strikes.
Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
• If cancelled within the allowed time, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method via Razorpay.
Return and Refund Policy
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
All the return request must be made within in 7 days
a. Damaged or Defective Product
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Send clear photos or videos of the issue via email or WhatsApp.
b. Incorrect Item Received
• If you receive an item different from what you ordered, notify us within 7 days. We will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost. Replaced product will be delivered with in 7 days
c. Refund Process
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via Razorpay.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method with in 7 days
Non Refundable Items
• Sale items or discounted products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or are incorrect.
• Custom or altered products are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
Return Shipping
• For defective or incorrect items, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
• For other returns, customers may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
