Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• To cancel your order, email us at gentjr00@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91-8873832739 or +91-7301697907 with your order details.
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
• If cancelled within the allowed time, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method via Razorpay.

    Refund Policy

    Refunds are available under the following conditions:

    a. Damaged or Defective Product
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
    • Send clear photos or videos of the issue via email or WhatsApp.

    b. Incorrect Item Received
    • If you receive an item different from what you ordered, notify us within 7 days. We will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost.

    c. Refund Process
    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
    • Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via Razorpay.

    Non Refundable Items

    • Sale items or discounted products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or are incorrect.
    • Custom or altered products are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.

      Return Shipping

      • For defective or incorrect items, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
      • For other returns, customers may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
